Our Health Care Practice Group is seeking to hire a motivated mid-level to senior associate to join our Los Angeles office. This is an excellent opportunity to join Nixon Peabody’s national health care practice, which has been named “Law Firm of the Year” in Health Care Law by U.S. News and World Report. The ideal candidate will have four to seven years of experience in corporate, transactional, and regulatory matters for health care clients. The successful candidate will advise clients on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, entity formation, new service offerings (e.g. digital health, bundled payment, telehealth), federal and state regulatory matters, and managed care arrangements.
Qualified candidates will be motivated self-starters with stellar academic credentials, superb communication and writing skills, a commitment to excellence and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
